Custom Loose-Loop Print and Apply Labeling Systems

Busch Machinery has considerable experience integrating thermal transfer barcode printers with the full CVC line of labelers with what is known as a loose-loop system. One of the problems of barcode printers is that they are limited in their printing speeds and are not easily integrated directly to a labeling application such a a bottling line without considerable loss of productions speeds and labeling accuracy. By mounting the print engine directly on the labeling head and re-routing the label path, the printer can print more or less continuously while the labeler applies the labels at normal line speeds. We use Zebra or Sato print engines on all of our loose-loop systems.
