Automatic Tablet Counters
Busch Machinery offers two
types of automatic tablet counters to meet your needs. Both
types can be ganged together to meet higher production requirements.
The first type of
automatic tablet counter we offer are the disk counters which arrange
tablets of capsules into single file and then past a counting head.
Once the preset count is reached a diverter switches to a separate
holding area until the next bottle is indexed into position for
filling. This type of automatic tablet counter is both accurate and
economical.
The second type of
automatic tablet counter is a 12 lane counter built by world famous
Cremer for CVC. This system is so sophisticated that even broken
tablets are detected for rejection. That is why we can offer a 100%
accuracy guarantee with the CVC-1220 series.
