Front and Back Labeling Machine
A front and back labeling machine applies labels to
the sides of products such as ovals and rectangular products.
With the addition of options it is also possible to use a bottle label
printing machine for 2, 3, and 4 panel wrap applications (at a
sacrifice of speed capabilities). For instance a front and back
labeling machine that might otherwise run up to 180 bottles per minute
for straight front and back labeling would only be able run in the 40
- 60 bottle per minute range. This is because in order to feed the
label across the conveyor between bottles plus time for the special
tooling to work requires much more product separation.
It is also important to consider whether an alignment
system is required to square up the product. All ovals will require
an alignment system as well as any irregular product. This can
be accomplished in many different ways for different speed
requirements. In most cases our standard aligners will do an excellent
job, but there are products that may require feed screws or walking
beam aligners. When you are purchasing a bottle label printing
machine, it is very important to submit samples so that we can review
any special handling.
